In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of 5 analysts and Infosys outsourcing operations which involve the finance operations of the Intercompany payments and receivables.

You are responsible for

  • Managing and leading the team

  • Monitor the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process

  • Investigate, propose and execute the implementation of further P2P process improvements

  • Manage Infosys (outsourcing) on the execution of payments and receivables

  • Follow-up and act with counterparty in case of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable differences

  • Be involved and support the audit process

  • Intercompany reconciliation and accruals

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Deal and follow up with escalations and demands that come up during the day and manage the solution

  • Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reporting to the HQ

  • Communication with other parts of the world in order to follow up with payments and receivables

  • Support the execution of the main projects related to systems changes and continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Finance background with solid knowledge in accounting and reporting

  • Process oriented with a focus on improving the processes

  • Leadership skills to be able to manage the team and the counterpart (Infosys) on the execution of the processes, delivering high level of performance standards.

  • Good stakeholder management skills

  • Be able to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to structure Lean procedures and controls to manage the main activities

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Experience with SAP and excel, other reporting software is preferred
