In this role, you have the opportunity to
Responsible for process Purchase Orders creation/update at transactional level. Also is responsible for keeping close communication with the market in order to comply with market demand.
You are responsible for
Support day-to-day operation of the teams related to particular tool / system, main tasks are to deal effectively with incoming requests.
Support to the users to the IMS (Indirect Materials). Manage the platform Ariba. (system).
Creation of OC in SAP.
Performs extensive 1st line and/or 2nd line support activities.
Provides system maintenance and updates - Identifies, participates (supports) or leads in procurement /improvement projects /initiatives locally and globally.
Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related.
Fluent English / Portuguese
Communication skills and Customer attitude
Self-driven and pro-active - Basic analytical skills
