In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for
Review of the quality of service work orders performed by field service engineers;
Evaluate if the information within each service call is complete;
First level review of possible incidents, along with ensuring that every report complies with regulatory authorities;
Escalate necessary investigations to the factory where each product is produced;
Assign codes according to the problem reported by customers.
You are a part of
Quality and Regulatory team responsible for reviewing the maintenance service calls for medical devices for 2 reasons:
To ensure a quality record, meaning that all the data elements are present in the record. Our objective is to have accurate and complete information. To do an assessment of hazard or harm using the information contained within the record. This is to determine if this issue has harmed a patient or user or if it likely to cause or contribute to death or serious injury to a patient or user if it recurs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Preferably coursing a Science or Technology degree
Strong analytical capacity and critical thinking
Eager to work in group
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Skillful with data management
Advanced dominion of English
Portuguese preferable but not required
Availability to work 6 hours a day.
