Guide and support Business Groups, Markets and enabling functions to always improve their processes. This involves being a confident advisor on approval, regulatory compliance and quality management related topics, in order to achieve timely releases of innovative products that deliver high quality and outstanding reliability to the lives they will improve.
You will be responsible for
Working in Latam supporting our products and processes brings much fulfillment, as well as unique challenges. As part of our HealthTech – focused company, you will be responsible for successfully dealing with and managing Philips relationships with internal partners and support Q&R Latam Team as mentioned below:
Provide support for Q&R Team LatAm and assistance with Training Education Development Solutions (TEDS), and Daily Management in LatAm
Support regarding development of new documents, process integration and harmonization effort of the Philips Quality Management System / Global Service / Global Customer Service, Quality Management System LatAm;
When necessary, provide or monitor, the training to the areas involved when publishing new or revised documents.
Collect and analyze main KPIs
To Support and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
Assist internal and external audits - performed by Philips team and certification bodies or body system health monitoring and, where possible, communicate in advance the organization on the agenda of these audits.
Provide support of reports of Customer Feedback for LatAm teams
Support with organization / execution of the competition LEAN training and to teams with Kaizens.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent is desirable.
RAC Certification and/or a Masters in Biomedical Regulatory Affairs are also desirable.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, automotive, medical device, biotechnology and/or cosmetic (recent) industries desired. Specific regulatory submission experience to chemistry products such as whitening and OTC drugs would be preferred since the majority of the effort will focus on these products.
Candidates should understand the essential framework of regulations and guidelines pertinent to their exposure areas as well as knowledge of the Latam regulatory agencies for each country.
Must have a basic grounding in GMP / FDA.
English / Spanish / Portuguese languages ability – must be able to communicate effectively with Philips employees (Latam, USA and Europe).
