In this role, you will have the responsibility to
Provide support for the most important tasks of the Customer Services Direct Export (CS DX) organization to support, ensure, monitor, and drive delivery of Customer Services activities performed by our contracted distributors and direct Philips organization in accordance with the Quality Standards set by Philips HealthTech. The required Service level is related to accurate parts and price identification and shipment within a few hours’ timeframes, including all required shipment documents and invoices. Also, find alternative ways and link all parties together in order to resolve customer concerns. You will act as the first contact for customers and other partners being able to handle requests or questions independently and/or to judge the priority and hand over to the appropriate person.
You are responsible for:
Executing the parts order process - ensure shipment of parts orders according to priority
Ensuring that all entitlement checks are performed in the correct way
Reviewing the day shipment of all parts P1 priority orders received before the cut-off time and meet customer required delivery date of all other priorities
Pro-actively track issues related to parts orders and/or backorders with the parts supplier(s) and supports Logistics Manager with critical issues
Being the single entry point in all communication with distributors and Philips HealthTech country organizations and customers.
Acting with immediate action to solve issues such as dead on arrivals, missing parts, wrong shipments, etc.
Acting as operational owner and drives execution of the full-service delivery process, including the required actions from the many additional partners in the process
Managing the parts returns to inventory and performance for distributors, and take actions in the cases the tools are not returned. Inclusive of Logistics returns processes.
Reporting DEFOA, analyzing and share findings with markets
You are a part of
The Direct Export organization covers the following markets: Africa, MET, CEE, LATAM, IIG, Nordics RCA, Africa, and MET. Given the huge geographical territory and characteristics, our markets are divided into multiple districts. Customers are served either by a direct local PH organization (10 countries) or through distributors (approx 250). However, this role will service the LATAM market. As part of daily operations, you will be in contact with different partners of the business, such as internal and external suppliers, customers (i.e. distributors, customers) finance, and district managers. The environment is very dynamic and international.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration,
+2 years of experience in international export
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills and Cultural awareness
The ability works independently and optimally with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Ability to handle conflicting priorities, deal with pressure, and constant change.
