In this role, you have the opportunity to

To perform tactical, operational and transactional sourcing for indirect materials and services and administrative support for the appropriate procurement tools.

You are responsible for

  • Support day-to-day operation of PSSC teams related to particular tool / system, main tasks are to deal effectively with incoming requests.

  • Support to the users to the IMS (Indirect Materials). Manage the platform Ariba. (system).

  • Creation of OC in SAP.

  • Performs extensive 1st line and/or 2nd line support activities.

  • Provides system maintenance and updates - Identifies, participates (supports) or leads in procurement /improvement projects /initiatives locally and globally.

  • Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer.

  • Fluent English & Portuguese.

  • Communication skills and Customer attitude

  • Team work

  • Knowledge on programs and systems, e.g. MS Office, PGP tooling, etc.

  • Self-driven and pro-active - Basic analytical skills
