We challenge you to thoughtfully innovate new clinical professional services with a goal of revenue growth and customer intimacy within Monitoring & Analytics Customer Services. You will capitalize on your deep industry knowledge in the area of clinical workflow optimization to build relationships with customers. You will be charged with ensuring growth opportunities are identified, incubated, nurtured and refined resulting in new services offerings that focus on outcomes. You will be a member of a team of thought leaders that ultimately design and develop professional services that focus on clinical outcomes and clinical transformation in our changing healthcare environment.
You are responsible for
Understanding at a very deep level, aspects of clinical workflow and workflow optimization methodologies
Participating in industry activities to be regarded and respected as a leader in the workflow optimization arena
Build strong relationships with customers around workflow optimization to identify and iterate professional services offerings
Leading customers to vision the possibilities in the “what could be” state and build roadmaps and services offerings to help them get there
Using your expertise of Philips monitoring products and capabilities, consider options for solving customer challenges in workflow optimization
Display knowledge of healthcare outcomes measurements and measurement systems
Pursue opportunities for academic, industry publishing
Making our customers—and Philips—think differently about future product and services innovation and strategy in the arena of workflow optimization
Using creative strategies for uncovering customer issues and then applying analytical skills to document the costs to customers for failing to change
Applying change management techniques to build services offerings that lead to clinical transformation and change adoption
Translating professional services opportunities into tangible revenue growth
Collaborating with a team of thought leaders focused on Clinical Professional Services, as well as teams focused on IT Professional Services, Services, Sales, Business Unit leaders
Partnering with Services Marketing to ensure alignment of services offerings and ideas with initiatives within the larger Clinical Services business
Delivering the services within the workflow optimization focus and/or developing others to deliver value to customers
Interfacing with customer executives and clinicians to position our services and represent the organization
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree or Doctorate preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Quality or Safety, Business or other related discipline
10+ years of clinical experience in Nursing, nursing leadership, services delivery, professional services, clinical transformation, or consulting
Active RN licensure
Recognized in the healthcare industry or industry publications preferred
Must have proven experience and education in value stream mapping, Lean, workflow mapping, and workflow optimization projects
Customer focused/customer experience/customer mindset
Demonstrated use of analytical thinking to influence meaningful change in clinical environments
Proven/demonstrated experience in using data analysis to propose recommendations for change in clinical practice or workflows
Demonstrated experience influencing changes in clinical workflows or implementing change in clinical workflows
Leadership skills—able to influence change and move teams forward
Strategic view of services and the role that professional services can play in improving the customer experience and growing revenue
Customer focus and experience interfacing with healthcare customers and decision makers
Advanced computer skills – proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal
Willingness to travel overnight 70% of the time—National position
This position will require you to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
