In this role, you have the opportunity to
support our customer service team in a wide variety of duties, requiring strong organizational skills, confidentiality and attention to detail. You will be building relationships and communicating with inside and outside customers to support our company mission.
You are responsible for
Managing the team’s calendars, schedules meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and compiling expense reports
Reviews and editing various types of documents, such as PowerPoint presentations, customer service agreements and correspondence
Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with all communications and materials
Supporting team project needs
Maintain, review and coordinate Teammate calendars and meetings
Facilitate logistics and planning for monthly staff meetings, teambuilding events and corporate meetings
Other duties and projects as assigned
You are a part of
our highly influential customer service team who can greatly impact the way we support and deliver our strategic objectives to both our internal customers and external customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in administrative role, BS degree preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, phone skills, Concur and Excel
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, superb communication skills, excellent customer service experience
Demonstrated time management, problem solving skills and the ability to work well with others in a professional environment
