In this role, you have the opportunity to
be our initial communications link between our customer base (internal and external), our corporate office, and our field team. You will coordinate the entry of laser shipment orders for our customers and the tracking & communication of price discrepancies.
You are responsible for
Utilizing a variety of communication methods, processing all orders through the Oracle ERP system, GHX system experience is a plus
Answering phone calls and questions in professional manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Complete laser shipments/returns and setup of sales agreements in the ERP system
Track price discrepancies received from order entry on the pricing compliance program spreadsheet
Communicate the price discrepancies received from Order Entry to the Contracts/Pricing team
Contact our customers with pricing information received from the Contracts/Pricing team and request a “revised” purchase order as needed
Update the pricing compliance program spreadsheet as revised purchase orders come in or as orders are released for shipment if a revised purchase orders isn’t received
Assures timely processing of sales team requests each day
Processes return requests, for credit or exchange, and replacement shipments Assures timely processing of customer orders each day (VBD’s, laser shipments, and customer orders)
Verifies pricing, shipping address, and item numbers on each order
Verifies each request via the same method it was received
Answers phone calls and questions in professional manner to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and directing calls to appropriate departments in a professional and timely manner
Assists Hospital Support as needed
Coordinate efforts throughout the sales order cycle to insure product is shipped accurately and timely
Maintain necessary files and procedures insuring highest level of compliance to FDA/TUV and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines
Process product returns (RMA’s)
Having a high attention to detail while performing administrative duties and following all company SOPs
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in customer service
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, phone skills, and Excel
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, superb communication skills, excellent customer service experience
Demonstrated time management, problem solving skills and the ability to work well with others in a professional environment
Oracle and GHX software experience a plus
