Philips Internal Events Coordinator in Colorado Springs, Colorado


In this role, you have the opportunity to

organize and execute exceptional internal events on a large scale and also be responsible for every aspect of smaller internal events and sales trainings, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards.

You are responsible for

  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as housing, food and beverage, transportation, location, invitee management, promotional materials

  • Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits

  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders

  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

  • Cooperate with marketing and key stakeholders to promote and publicize event

  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day

  • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes

You are a part of

Our internal event team that drives successful sales meetings, training and incentive trips.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 1 + years’ event management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/business preferred, High School or equivalent required

  • Ability to travel 10 to 20% of the time

  • Proven experience as an events planner or organizer

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Negotiation skills and ability to build productive business relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • MS Office suite proficiency
