In this role, you have the opportunity to perform labeling and IFU creation and change management.
You are responsible for:
Using software packages to draft and design labels
Making updates to existing files per change requests
Creating/driving change orders to implementation
Submitting ECRs and ECOs, working with Document Control team to ensure timely processing of changes.
Working with the Label Coordinator, Label Systems Engineer and customers to understand the desired labeling content changes, priorities and due dates.
You are part of the Labeling group that reports up through the Regulatory department of the Image Guided Therapy Devices BU of Philips. The labeling group is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical device labeling for disposable and system level products. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Detail oriented, drive for results, organizational skills, prioritization, written and verbal communication skill
Experience using change management of Oracle Agile is preferred.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to self-manage workflow and adapt to changes quickly
