We are looking for an experienced event coordinator to organize, execute, and measure metrics for trade shows. The event coordinator will manage all regional peripheral vascular (PV) trade shows, and partner with the Senior Manager to execute on larger peripheral vascular events.
A Trade Show Specialist - PV must be well-organized and competent in vendor and stakeholder management. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. Our ideal candidate has successfully executed trade shows, has managed large budgets, and has a great deal of self-sufficiency in accomplishing their duties
You are responsible for
Organize facilities and manage all trade show event’s details such as housing, food and beverage, transportation, location, invitee management, promotional materials
Trade show planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
Cooperate with marketing and key stakeholders to promote and publicize event
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
Event logistics - literature, staffing, booth ordering

The Trade Show Specialist - PV will report to the Senior Manager, North America Commercial Events. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1 + years’ trade show coordination/management experience
High School diploma with equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's degree is desirable.
Ability to travel 10 to 20% of the time
Budget management experience is preferred
Experience in the healthcare & medical device industry is a plus
Proven experience as an events planner or organizer
Excellent time management and communication skills
Negotiation skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
MS Office suite proficiency
