In this role, you have the opportunity to
actively manage the logistics and feedback mechanisms of our Heart Rhythm Management (HRM)Training team.
You are responsible for
Coordinating schedules, lease arrangements, staffing, venue, travel, lodging, audiovisual, promotional, and other details as needed for customer education events in conjunction with sales personnel and customers.
Capturing tracking information and metrics for simulation and education event participants as required including posting and updating events and attendees to online event management portal.
Managing Online Systems; Brainshark, CVENT, Xegy, Concur and Agile
Managing administrative steps in support of physician observational and proctored training events to include documenting management approvals, physician acknowledgments, and training summaries including tracking activity completion.
Processing and tracking payment of HCP expenses and honoraria.
Metrics for quantity and quality of events
Processing training participation letters for customers.
Maintaining and managing various training models through field deployment, including multiple bovine-tissue models and lead preparation stations.
Promotional & Advertising Review Committee (PARC) training related submissions and maintaining ownership through approval.
Managing training and education expense report submissions through Concur.
Attend training and education events as needed or requested by department management
You are a part of
The HRM Training team and will report to the HRM Training Segment Lead, actively work with Clinical Sales Trainers and Medical Education Specialists for the HRM Segment.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity in using Microsoft Office Products to include, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5+ years coordinator or executive assistant experience
2+ years major meeting coordination experience
2+ years coordinator experience in sales team and medical environment desired
Desire to make your mark on a growing organization and launch a excellent career
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills required.
Strong analytical and data management ability
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, work with minimal direct supervision, prioritize work assignments to best meet department goals
Basic Oracle Operations and Outlook end user skills
Ability to travel as needed 15% approximately
