I n this role, you have the opportunity to
be the customer’s trusted adviser for Philips advanced healthcare solutions and
guide your customers how to be more efficient, obtain superior diagnostic accuracy, improve outcomes and optimize the patient experience in the daily work at our hospitals diagnostic departments.
You will focus mostly in working with our extensive Healthcare IT solutions portfolio with Danish and Norwegian healthcare professionals as well as engage with Private healthcare chains representing total Philips Healthsystems offerings.
You are responsible for
maximizing order intake and sales
Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operate at multiple levels in the accounts’ organizations
Facilitation of the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts
Preparation of annual account plans in line with the regional strategy and execute at district level
Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
Funnel management & sales forecasting using online CRM tools
Systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends
Customer feedback reporting according to applicable Quality Standard policy
You are a part of
a highly skilled, dynamic, successful and motivated team with 30+ colleagues working within service and sales reporting directly to the District Manager – Health Systems, Denmark.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Clinical, sales and/or medical technical educational degree – or similar
5-10 years’ experience in successful sales or account management roles within healthcare IT solutions
Based in Copenhagen area is preferred but not required
Fluent in English and Danish language combined with good knowledge of the Norwegian language
Willingness and ability to travel
