responsible for the overall Customer Services (CS) commercial business Promotes and executes the sales of CS solutions together with district sales teams in accordance with the sales strategy
establish and maintain effective Customer relations in cooperation with the district management and district sales teams
sales support activities such as: exhibitions, conferences, customer visits and meetings
filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win / loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends
provide input and feedback on sales strategy and planning to district and regional management
support the Account Manager in case of point of sale deals
responsible for maintaining and increasing CS service contracts for Installed Base
promote and execute the sales of out of warranty contracts
promote and execute the sales of higher level CS contracts and added services
responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training
T ake charge of IGT solutions in Denmark:
Develops, maintains and improves relations with a limited number of key-accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier
Initiates and coordinates all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
Creates and implements action programs for and with the key-accounts to improve the performance of Philips. Drives the performance of the functions in the key-account team to get it done.
Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Develop opportunities and drive the sales of Philips interventional cardiology solutions in the Danish Hospitals. As member of a team of Key Account Managers you will be a key player in driving the success of one of our most successful and sophisticated solutions area – the Image Guided Therapy (IGT).
You are responsible for
Promote and execute the sales of IGT solutions together with district sales teams in accordance with the sales strategy
Establish and maintain effective Customer relations in the IGT area in cooperation with the district management and district sales teams
Responsible for sales support activities such as: exhibitions, conferences, customer visits and meetings
Perform hands-on demo and support of surgeons during clinical procedures
Responsible for filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win / loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends
Responsible for delivering the on sales targets in the territory
Build and manage relations with hospital management, medical-, technical- and nursing staff
Provide input and feedback on sales strategy and planning to district and regional management
Identify, build and drive opportunities in your specific business area
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You are most likely educated as a nurse specialized in surgery preferably within cardiology
You know the Danish healthcare and hospital from within
You are open minded and have a winning spirit.
You are analytical and good in numbers
You are a team player and at the same time take the lead to drive business
You are fluent in both Danish and English language – written and spoken
