Philips Key Account Manager - Monitoring and Analytics & Therapeutic Care in Denmark - Remote Based, Denmark


In this role, you have the opportunity to

play a vital role in establishing and increasing market penetration in Denmark and to the overall growth of our business.

Philips, as the market leader within the business area of Patient Monitoring equipment/solutions, is now changing strategy and strengthening our team with a dedicated Key Account Manager for our Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care solutions (MA&TC).

You are responsible for

  • Analyze and understand customer needs and drive sales efforts for our product portfolio.

  • Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts within the district.

  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with your accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.

  • Initiate and coordinate all Philips account team efforts to in order to provide strong value propositions and maximize the output of the sales group.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.

  • Responsible for the sales forecast at the assigned accounts using our funnel management system.

  • Understand customer business drivers and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Translate the identified Philips solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition.

  • Build a strong internal network to support the delivery of value to our customers.

You are a part of

the new Danish Monitoring & Analytics and Therapeutic Care team, reporting to the Business Area Manager MA&TC Denmark. The team is extensive and includes other Account Managers, Product/Business Specialists, Applications Specialists, Project Managers and Field Service Engineers with a high level of experience from both medical engineering and clinical work in hospital.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Several years of experience and proven track record in a sales role in Healthcare or B2B environment.

  • Experience in the areas of Intensive Care, Anesthesia or General Ward and experience in solution selling as well as healthcare IT is preferred.

  • Experience in public procurement.

  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluent in English and Danish language.

  • Able to travel all over the region and occasionally internationally.
