Philips Government Relations Specialist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates


In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Establish strong relationships with government authorities and provide support in various candidate onboarding activities

You are responsible for

  • Responsible for all Government related activities like Visa applications, Renewal and cancellations.

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding of new joiners and supporting other arrangements like joining flight tickets, initial accommodation and shipments

  • Responsible for day one onboarding and off boarding activities

  • Assist employees with labor card application, renewal and cancellation

  • Preparation of labor contracts along with e-filing and hard filing of all personal documents

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and policies

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills
