The primary purpose of the Solution Consultant is to support the sales team, by providing advice, designing solutions, working with customers and business partners, and supporting sales efforts through product demonstrations, RFP responses and commercial quotes. You will meet our customers and prospects in the Middle East and Turkey region.
You are responsible for
Providing solution designs and detailed answers to requirements specified in internationally-oriented RFI (Request for Information) or RFP (Request for Proposal) documents;
Working closely with business partners to answer tenders;
Delivering product presentations and demonstrations and support customer events (e.g. tradeshows)
Providing first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects and support delivery of (new) product proposition to pilot customers;
Working with customers to gather feedback on new solution deliveries;
Performing market surveillance and developing detailed understanding of competitive offerings to position Forcare’s competitive advantages.
Acting as Account Manager to manage the relationship with assigned accounts;
Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operating at the highest level in the accounts’ organizations, but also facilitating the executive level interfaces between the company and the accounts if necessary.

As Solution Consultant, you report directly to the Manager Solution consultant International and work closely with Strategic Key Account Manager, Middle East and Turkey Market on daily basis.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or academic degree, technical, business or medical focused;
Experienced technical professional in complex IT solutions (preferably healthcare), with 3+ years overall work experience;
Strong consultative skills, experienced in providing functional and technical support and advice.
Knowledge of medical concepts and terms, and experience with “interoperability standards” such as IHE, DICOM and HL7 is preferable;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must;
Experience working in international team settings, especially for tender procedures;
Ability to learn things quickly and deliver accurate results;
Ability to keep overview in complex situations with competing requirements and pressures and prioritize your activities;
Willing to travel around 20% of the time.
