In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support and execute Blue Heart (BH) project related actions and be an active team player on required UAT’s. Support on E-delivery and E-invoicing, customer invoicing processes and Provide assistance to prepare the procedures and documentations. Lead a small improvement projects in SCM and manage small own project team as part of a larger project.

You are responsible for

  • Execute and support the UAT’s of the BH project related to OM, Deliver and source

  • Support on the follow up of deliver, source and 3PL LFR’s actions

  • Being involved by preparing change item actions of Blueheart SharePoint

  • Support on the build of FAP system as standard deployment of BH

  • Support on the design of E-deliveries and make coordination with tax and IT

  • Sending of customer related invoices and e-invoices

  • Track of customer master data via ODW system

  • Being active player in Material Master Data cleansing of BH

  • Act as MD steward for all Material Master Data related actions

  • Entry of inbound invoices in the local web-based tool SMART

  • Entry of the custom cost files and all the shipment updates in SMART system.

  • Arrange and keep update the Master data in SMART

  • Follow up of the bonded warehouse invoices and crosscheck the contents with the excels sent by 3PL

  • Support on procedure updates and sharing of customer related documents to custom broker

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University Degree

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in order desk, customer service and warehouse operations

  • Good hands-on experience with MS Office - mainly Excel

  • Effective Communication skills with fluency in both written & verbal English.

  • Excellent team player

  • SAP experience is a MUST

  • Transportation Management

  • Time Management Skill
