In this role, you have the opportunity to provide crucial support Philips Healthcare in Dublin as a Sales Support Executive. It is important that you are passionate about Healthcare, and are comfortable liaising with many internal partners as well as customers. There will also be a requirement to provide some customer facing support in conjunction with sales colleagues.

You are responsible for

  • Pricing analysis and creation of service quotations

  • Attending relevant exhibitions as well as organising Philips events (conferences, hospitality, modality specific events)

  • Being the point of contact when calls come directly into Philips Healthcare Ireland office

  • Communicating with various colleagues with the objective of rapid resolution of problems and acceleration of response to “get things done”

  • Supporting Account Managers on various aspects of bids, like organising site visits, getting quotes though the system, and arranging internal and customer events

  • Various ad hoc administration support including tender support and HR support

  • Internal reporting and analytical work

  • Raising purchase orders & invoice approvals

You are a part of the Philips healthcare team based in Leopardstown Business Park, Dublin, and will support mainly the Account Managers and General Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • An ambitious individual who is looking to learn, grow, and progress

  • Tried-and-tested organizational & communication skills

  • A strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with supporting the quotes and tenders process

  • An inquiring mind with interest in Healthcare

  • An individual who will get emotionally involved in the business and show empathy to customers and colleagues

  • Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft and ability to craft excellent presentation material (experience in Salesforce would be beneficial but not necessary)

  • Ability to quickly grasp the rudiments of a large range of highly complex technologies in order to engage with customers in a meaningful way

  • Flexibility and the ability to meet challenging deadlines

  • Efficient time management
