It improves and standardizes our processes, capabilities and tools Philips-wide, driving Quality and facilitating the creation of integrated solutions in and across businesses.
You are responsible for
Ensuring people capabilities, business processes and master data, and related IT tooling are defined, built, deployed and continuously improved, including performance tracking, especially PTC Windchill and its interfaces.
The implementation of the designed Product Lifecycle information Management (PLiM) processes in the PLM tool PTC Windchill as one of the Product Owners in the PLM implementation program
Ensuring maintenance of business processes and the continuous improvement of the PTC Windchill configuration to ensure the best PLM tool support for the businesses.
Realization of the interfaces with other business processes and tooling in PEPF and PIL Architecture (e.g. SAP in Order to Cash domain).
This role includes 10-20% travel
You are a part of the I2M Processes Organization, a part of I2M Excellence – an ambitious team consisting of End-2-End Business Process Experts (E2E) and Product Owners under the leadership of the Global Business Process Owner I2M.
Idea to Market (I2M) Excellence is a capability improvement and business transformation program driving capability development and implementation across the Research and Development businesses in a sustainable way.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A Master degree or Ph.D. in Science or Engineering
15 years of experience with related processes and tooling in a product development environment e.g. PLM tools, requirements management, and system design tooling. Preferably you have affinity for adjacent process areas too, for example Supply Chain processes, Sales processes and experience with tools e.g. SAP
Multi years of experience in defining, build and implement PTC Windchill solutions in global companies
Strong influencing skills, being an authority in this field and having experience in running teams and PLM implementation projects
Customer focus in working with businesses to design, build and deploy processes and supporting tools
Strong communication skills which enables you to be able to work with all levels of the organization in an influencing role
Great project management skills
Trained in SAFe way of working
A structured, organized and stress resilient personality being able to quickly understand the issues and bringing together the necessary resources to resolve them
Mastering the English language both written and verbal
