Within this role you will be responsible for all IT Business Analyst activities in the Finance domain. This includes all main platforms / Kernels. You will provide stakeholders with feasible solutions, new requirements, guiding projects and impact assessments on multiple Kernels. This role will expose you to a broad expertise of functional domains, relevant business processes and technology.
You will be translating requirements into a design. Together with your Scrum team you will improve processes, roll out new functionalities and integrated solutions.
Your main activities include:
Responsibility for several kernels. For these, lead in solution design on program level based on enterprise architecture for finance tools with your scrum team;
Approve the content of the release prior to releases and manages interrelation aspects with other applications;
Supporting the Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of multiple solution developments;
Coaching tech leads and developers;
Analyze the requirements from the business and influence senior level leaders regarding IT platforms;
Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design;
Set solution directions to finalize decisions, in order to achieve organization goals in creative and effective ways.
IT Delivery is responsible for building and deploying end to end IT solutions for business and markets. Being part of a global team, you will be closely working technically and functionally with the Blue Heart Program, global PPS teams, COE’s and SME’s.

What we are looking for
A Bachelor’s degree with CA or CWA or a MBA specialized in Finance;
Strong experiences and knowledge about Vertex and TAX;
Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design;
SAP FI and SAP BPM (for both Certification is preferred);
Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP BPM /SAP FI – with in-depth knowledge on AR/AP and New GL;
Good understanding of integration with other modules;
Excellent communication skills; previous experience with communicating with senior stakeholders is required;
Experience with integration and implementation projects for Finance IT tools.
