In this role you have the opportunity to
As Business Excellence Leader for Innovation and member of the site management team you manage and guide people who lead and direct project teams. You support in developing, designing and executing project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects. You guide in ensuring compliance with and continuous improvement of relevant internal policies, procedures, and standards. As leader of the business excellence team, you assigns and monitor work of business excellence and support staff, providing support and direction. You keep abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external).
You are responsible for
Coach the lean principles to the teams and team leaders, live by example
Establish and continuously improve the I2M excellence framework
Lead the site Continuous Improvement Team, focusing on an innovative climate, stimulating entrepreneurship and driving engagement
Motivate, direct, and integrate multiple functions and staff performing different tasks and with differing priorities and measures of success
Maintain, deploy and train the Philips innovation processes (e.g. product development launch and maintenance, advance development, value proposition development)
Ensure continuous alignment of all main innovation processes with central Philips teams
Establish and track the yearly site improvement plan, lead site improvement projects and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Anticipate and respond proactively to changes in domain
Build and develop synergies between sub-projects, sub-teams, businesses processes

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience in medical and consumer sector
5+ years of related experience in leading an innovation project team.
Profound Lean expertise (preferably certified Black Belt)
System engineering expertise
Preferred expert on agile/scrum method
Integral project lead (preferably PMP certified) and/or group lead experience.
