Then the position of Field Marketer Manager in our ICAP (Advanced Visualization & AI) could be your next challenge.
Drive strategic commercial initiatives for the business like growing service penetration and PACS collaboration
Create and drive the central training plan for all international sales specialists (ICAP, MR, CT) in the international markets
Manage assigned growth markets for the ICAP business
Lead the creation of growth plans between Business and Markets and help drive their execution, with accountability for topline
Identify, develop and activate new business opportunities across the business and with other businesses/ partners
Drive strategic improvements in GTM model within the BMC
Represent the ‘voice of the markets’ towards product management and ensures alignment of business strategic plans with strategic plans of markets.
Represent the business with KOLs in the assigned Markets (in collaboration with Product management, Clinical Science and the market teams)
You will report to the ICAP Commercial Director, and will have colleagues driving other market regions, and field marketing.
We are looking for
Results oriented and hands on, with a can do attitude – most important
University degree in Healthcare, Business or Engineering discipline, MBA strongly preferred
7 years experience in Sales, Marketing or related fields
Experience in healthcare informatics or imaging in a market role, is strongly preferred
Proven track record in developing and implementing business and project plans, working with the full marketing mix and various distribution business models and channels
Experienced in working effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse environment
Strong executive presence for key customer / C-Suite /leadership discussion
