In this role, you have the opportunity to
provide professional, clinical training, education and clinical services to customers for products and solutions in the Patient Care Monitoring Services (PCMS) portfolio especially in Neonatal Internsive Care Unit (NICU), general care and nursery.
You are responsible for
Assessing customer training and education needs, plannning learning activities based on customer needs
Performing configuration of PCMS products and solutions.
Delivering customer training and provide go-live support and providing services in accordance with the scope of the engagement
Utilizing a variety of learning methods and authorized training tools
Maintaining records in accordance with established procedures
Working with installation team to ensure the clinical accuracy of the systems that are installed
Demonstrating knowledge and clinical competence with PCMS products and solutions.
Understanding clinical workflow within area of practice
Providing presales clinical and application expertise for sales team and roviding mentoring and business leadership to other junior consultants and sales representatives
Staying current on product, services, IT and industry trends so as to offer the best in class education for customers
Becoming an active member of the Community of Practice for solution architecture
You are a part of
a wide global and international team based in Eindhoven, Singapore, Austria, France, Poland and UK. You will be travelling approximately 50% of your time to have face to face interacton with the customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy or equivalent in allied health discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in clinical environment preferably in hospital setting or in a similar role
NICU background ( strong preference ), general care, nursery background ( required) and knowledge of clinical workflow within domain
Good Analytical and Computer skills
Exposure or experience in delivering clinical training
Excellent customer service skills and strong collaboration skills in a multinational environment
Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance
High-level professional demeanor and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing skills in English ( required) . Dutch is strongly preferred.
