In this role, you have the opportunity to

work on optimizing healthcare organizations as a management consultant. Additional to the regular management consulting, you have a large healthtech organization behind you, that you can and should leverage at clients. Therefor bringing more added value to your clients.

You are responsible for

As a Consulting Manager you are guiding healthcare organizations in their development towards a high quality, efficient and innovative care provider. You are involved with delivering consulting projects with healthcare clients (mainly hospitals), developing the consulting practice, bringing innovative solutions to healthcare clients and contributing to sales efforts within the Benelux market. The ambition of HTS is to grow rapidly within the coming 3 years in which you will play a crucial role.

As our new Consulting Manager HTS you:

  • Are a trusted advisor for your client towards whom they can reflect their daily business.

  • Support and challenge your client in relation to the project or program.

  • Translate vision to a practical and human centered approach.

  • Maintain and expand a network in the Dutch healthcare market.

  • Use data analytics together with observation and experience to identify potential improvement opportunities, substantiate change initiatives and quantify results.

  • Prepare Statements of Work

  • Manage program or project work streams that deliver optimization, change and/or innovation in healthcare organizations

  • Lead small client team of 3-5 resources

  • Serve as subject matter expert for healthcare organizations

  • Work with client staff to maintain the appropriate support and momentum

  • Mentor and coach internal resources in area(s) of expertise

  • Develop consulting offerings and standard methodologies

  • Support the development of healthcare solutions together with other Philips teams

  • Support the development of large strategic partnerships with hospitals

  • Actively contribute to sourcing project teams and recruiting new team members

  • Remain committed to ongoing learning by developing competency in other service offerings

  • Develop business proposals and close new consulting projects

  • Leverage sales opportunities within existing engagements or new clients

  • Assist in building reputation for HTS in the market by promoting project results

  • You are not responsible for system sales. We rather see ourselves as independent from and complementary to health systems.

You will enter a team of passionate professionals in which you will report to the Partner HTS Benelux.

In this role, you should have the following skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should be/have:

  • Academic level Bachelor or Master Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in consulting (preferably Healthcare)

  • You have experience in successfully converting leads to projects

  • Be passionate about working in the public domain

  • Have an understanding of the workings and recent developments of the Dutch healthcare system

  • Have a vision on how technology can/should support and innovate healthcare

  • Have experience in leading clients (e.g. doctors, nurses) through change

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communicator and commercial thinker

  • Persuasive/eager to win and a team player, entrepreneurial

  • Driven and enthusiastic personality

  • Flexible and customer focused.
