In this role, you have the opportunity to
drive the DfX (Design for Excellence) Program to improve productivity performance across business/market portfolios. The DfX program focuses on delivering breakthrough improvements. You will be also tailoring the DfX Program to the challenges and needs of the businesses & markets, supporting them in driving ideation, and leading the cultural transformation to engrain a DfX / improvement mindset across all of Philips.
You are responsible for
Supporting the DfX program planning, in close cooperation with the procurement Business/Commodity leaders/Markets, working as a partner to Business & Procurement Management
Representing the DfX organization in the business and providing business management with regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
Ensuring that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the DfX convention deliverables
Establishing short term (1-2 years) DfX plan for assigned business
Applying & improving change management knowledge ensuring procurement set up new style for assigned business
Coaching & leading the belonging DFX Conventions, interfacing with all other functional disciplines as well as the planning of them.
You are a part of
a global DfX team and will report into a global DfX Leader. In this role you will work very closely with leaders of functional leaders from Supply Chain, Sustainability, HR, IT, etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master's degree in technical domain and/or MBA
5 years proven record in improvement program design and execution
Understanding of IT systems, impact of data
Strong project management skills
Continuous improvement and change management experience, including managing stakeholders at Executive level
