In this role, you have the opportunity to

The End2End Transformation Specialist will be overall responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all transformation activities in the Africa market, ensuring a successful market adoption and minimizing disruption to our business.
You are responsible for
Assuring Change Management deliverables within SIM are delivered on time in full, supporting Change Implementers and local organization embrace Philips Change Management Model safeguarding market adoption and avoiding business disruption
Supporting standing organization during Change Impact Phase to guarantee local business enters successfully into a steady-state by driving/tracking adoption up to required levels
Translating all E2E Foundation Programs Impacts into one integrated Market Story, assuring all dependencies are properly addressed and risks mitigated working in strong partnership with the Functions as content owners (HR, BCD, IT, Philips University)
Driving E2E Foundation Market Communication Plan in order to bring our stakeholders up to desired levels of awareness / understanding / buy-in and commitment
Supporting Market Organizational Readiness by providing local HR Organization an integrated view of all E2E Foundation impacts in terms of structure & governance, assuring HR can deliver Organizational Design deliverables at Business Transformation Portfolio level
Coordinating Learning activities bringing on-site support to Philips University/PPS Organization.
You are a part of
the Africa and Philips E2E team reporting to the business owner of the program in market Africa located in Eindhoven.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Project management skills
Change management skills, Organizational Design and Learning experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Consulting & Coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
Experience in managing change across projects related to process re-engineering and IT
Cross-functional experience mainly across the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT
Proven record managing large-scale projects adoption and transition management.
