In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead an extensive multi -functional production organization with support departments. As program manager you lead the production unit, related processes and staff in the development and execution of world-class operational performance. For this specific position, you are developing, defining and driving the different EU MDR programs, projects, goals, and metrics to guide the manufacturing organization to the highest level of operational performance. You will be preparing multi-year manufacturing operation and investment plans.

You are responsible for

  • Defines and drives all EU MDR Supply Chain and Operations activities to achieve timely completion and overall compliance of this new regulation, making sure the organization is ready by May 2020.

  • Drives process changes, change management, ways of working & collaborates with businesses

  • Aligns relevant stakeholders around accomplishing compliance with the new regulation by May 2020

  • Support of the design, build, test and delivery of the EU MDR SC/Ops It and process changes

  • Responsible for the communication of regulatory responsibilities towards the different players of the supply chain; Manufacturer, Authorized representative, Importer and Distributor

  • Delivers products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates.

  • Ensures there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels.

  • Maintain dedication to environmental and quality regulations..

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Has Shown industry experience in the Clinical Development/Manufacture of High Risk Invasive/IVD Medical Devices, in a role ensuring compliance or conducting inspections.

  • A working understanding and practical experience with meaningful Medical Device Regulations

  • Basic know-how of SC/Ops processes and Philips IT systems around it

  • Relation builder, understand final customer needs

  • Business Insight, Global perspective

  • Effective Communicator, encourages and develops multiple high performing teams in complex situations

  • Decision-making; able to influence and push decisions

  • Strong leadership skills

  • H&S standards in various geographies, compliance to Philips global standards
