Philips Head of Sales & Operations Execution, Revenue planning and Management in Eindhoven, Netherlands


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Build out the policy regarding revenue planning and near term factory coordination. You will be contributing to identifying and driving key best practices in the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) market.

You are responsible for

  • Managing the functionality and maturity of the S&OE process and the Health Systems (HS) sales forecast on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) markets.

  • Improvement of the critical issue management: Be a single point of contact for all concerns from the market.

  • Creating & operating governance to ensure timely fixes of critical issues and put processes in place to increase efficiencies and reduce escalations over time.

  • Prioritizing and allocation in markets along with supply planning and BG M2O leaders when supply is constrained.

  • Encouragement of seamless linkage & communication between markets SCM, Integrated Supply Chain and businesses to address proactively any issues.

  • Set ambitious targets to drive improvement initiatives that will enable sales growth and inventory to maximize fulfillment of the demand.

  • Build out data analytics to drive sales and reduce inventory and educate markets on the usage.

You are a part of

The integrated Supply Chain organization of the Health Systems business, reporting into the Head of Supply Chain Markets - Medical Devices. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team and a lot of resources to support you.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master Degree and 15+ years of professional experience within supply chain and operations management.

  • Experience in other commercial functions (PM, Purchasing, sales).

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma.

  • Passionate about transformation and process improvements and the ability to inspire change.

  • Strong experience in running multinational / multi-cultural teams in a highly complex business.

  • Ability to partner on senior executive level in markets and businesses.

  • Strategic/conceptual capability with ability to collect and summarize key information into actionable plans.

  • Manage by Example: Regularly perform gemba visits in manufacturing, markets and warehousing facilities.
