Philips HRIT Project Manager Payroll Transition in Eindhoven, Netherlands

null In this role, you have the opportunity to:

As the HRIT Project Manager Payroll transition, you are responsible for leading the entire payroll transition project for Philips in the Netherlands. You will set up the project team, build a detailed plan, and manage the respective project phases accordingly, all in a timely and qualitative manner.

You will work closely together with the payroll vendor and with a team of internal payroll, Workday (ATS) and IT specialists.

Next to the actual transition from one payroll solution to the other, you will also be responsible for defining and deploying some related services, like the AOR service (“Arbeidsongeschiktheid Registratie”) and the implementation of the payroll inbound and outbound integrations, i.e. PECI integration between Workday and payroll.

Your scope will also include the change management and training activities to be delivered for the payroll and admin employees.

You are responsible for:

  • Project Management : set up a project team to deliver successfully, build a plan of approach and create a detailed plan for the required project phases. Manage the project phases accordingly. Report on status, risks and issues to the SteerCo. Ensure the project is delivered within time, budget and quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively to all relevant partners in the field, like Philips Finance, IT, the HR Shared service center and the global HR Information Systems team. This includes communications with Works Council and Privacy Committee.

  • Change Management: manage the impact of the change accordingly towards all partners.

  • Training: define a training plan and ensure execution of the training in order to bring the HR admin and payroll specialists at the required knowledge level.

  • Handover to day-to-day support after go live

You are part of:

An international team of which there are 18 HR Information Systems Subject Matter Experts and Solution Specialists.

The role is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands and you report into the Global HRIS Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Project Management skills and work experience, preferably in the payroll domain.

  • Able to create structure in a highly complex environment with multiple partners from different departments.

  • Strong partner Leadership and people management skills.

  • Facilitates decision making.

  • Expertise in SAP HCM/payroll is beneficial.

  • Seasoned in organizational change management and deployment across various user groups.

  • Working experience in a Shared Service environment is a pre.

  • Experience with IT compliance, security, data privacy is a nice to have.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Strong influencing skills.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
