Philips Implementation Consultant Medication Dispensing Netherlands in Eindhoven, Netherlands


In this role, you have the opportunity to

The implementation consultant is responsible for recruiting, contracting and supporting the commercial deployment and service implementation of the Medication Dispensing Service in the Netherlands. The function will focus on managing multiple type of accounts, among others pharmacies and care organizations at multiple levels within each organization, varying from nurses to management team members.

Within the chain of stakeholders the consultant is able to set priorities within a defined region. This in order to work efficiently and have the total overview of the total sales in the assigned area (western / north-eastern / southern region).

You are responsible for

  • Consultative selling to multiple stakeholders (care organizations and pharmacies) on different organizational levels (nurses to management team members) on how to present the Service to their clients/patients

  • Give insights in the way to expand their effectiveness by the use of new technologies Interact with multidisciplinary levels of existing and new caregivers in order to upscale our service

  • Overall responsible for pharmacy and care organization relations by introducing innovation and new ways of working , supporting them in training and education about Medication Dispensing

  • Visiting pharmacies and care organizations in the defined region in order to integrate the Service into their workflow

  • Organize and lead workshops for multiple (e.g. educational) purposes Detect early signs of potential extra scale up potential in the field

  • Participate in assigned partner programs in order to monitor progress, make adjustments and track team performance

  • Overall nurse team performance responsible and general contact for all team members Have insight in the project documents as part of the growth-plan of each assigned account

  • Review the way of working/ training format / training models on a regular base together with the team

  • Follow-up on specific problems/issues in the particular region Collect customer feedback and ensure customer requirements

  • Work with the existing procedures within SalesForce and helping to improve these procedures

You are a part of

In this role you are part of a team of three employees within the Health Systems Benelux organization. You will report to the Business Manager

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor of Master level degree

  • Experience working within/with care organizations

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

  • Independent, self-starter and pro-active

  • Entrepreneurial, flexible and solutions oriented

  • Speak and write Dutch & English
