In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive Philips transformation towards a multi-product, cross business industrial footprint
You will project and program complex industrial footprint projects including factory consolidation, insourcing, outsourcing or resourcing.
You will be in the lead to develop the complex planning of Industrial projects taking into account all aspects ranging from real estate, HR management, manufacturing engineering, quality and regulatory to finance.
You will act as the coordinator between the sending and receiving teams in the transition, along with the supporting functions, businesses and markets.
You will lead projects execution with regular interaction and reporting to executive management and the Group Operations Leadership Team.
You will ensure a clear end-to-end process view and will plan the transitions and the execution thereof.
You will guarantee full compliance of the processes and be responsible for the continuous improvement of these processes.
You are part of
The Global Industrial strategy team, reporting to the Head of Department.
You will work with the M&A group doing Operations due diligence on potential acquisitions targets and then integrating these Operations into Philips. You will guide the execution of these complex projects working together with a cross-functional team that consists of both Markets and Functions. Globally.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Degree and deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma in operations environment
10 years of experience as a project or program manager in industrial transactional processes
Logistic/warehousing/supply base consolidation background preferred
You have a self-starter attitude, show eye for business and are able to anticipate problems in a complex environment
You have outstanding partners management skills and networking ability
You are willing to travel up to 40% of the time
