In this role, you have the opportunity to
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain for Philips Systems & Medical Devices.
You are responsible for
Supporting the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team in preparing and executing the interactive Lean training and Lean events
Setting up and improving the impact reporting system of the OpEx team
Improving the SharePoint environment of the team, critical for interacting with the Lean practitioners
Supporting the communications of the OpEx team with the Supply Chain community
You are a part of
The Operational Excellence team, that drives the Lean journey of the Supply Chain organization for Systems & Medical Devices. This is a global organization with 1400 team members who are adopting Daily Management, structured problem solving, Kaizen and other Lean methodologies to drive supply chain performance for our customers. The OpEx team provides Lean trainings, coaches teams and facilitates Kaizen and other Lean events to the Supply Chain organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master Student in Supply Chain, Engineering or other relevant Management Science
A self-propelling work attitude
Affinity with communications planning and execution, MS Sharepoint
Affinity with data analysis, developing simple but reliable reports and communications
Fluency in English
