Management Trainee:

"Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of principles, theories and concepts.

Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired knowledge.

May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a number of people. Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.

Introduces methods/procedures that are new for the organisation. Applies advanced process principles to multiple tasks.

Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines. Determines feasibility of concepts or projects. Has basic knowledge of related disciplines.

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with < 3 years of related experience."

You are responsible for

  • Helping the team in maintaining and improving planning and reporting of DfX projects

  • Support the DfX coach in preparing and facilitating DfX workshops

  • Supporting the improvement of the DfX methodology

  • Assisting in the overall project management activities

You are a part of

The DfX team is headed by the Global DfX Leader with 11 passionate DfX coaches from different backgrounds and experience levels. You will receive guidance from an experienced DfX coach.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master Student with an excellent track record in:

  • Management Sciences, Business studies, Finance or Engineering and a self-propelling work attitude.

  • Affinity with analysis and resolution of complex business problems.

  • Fluency in English.
