In this role, you have the opportunity to

contribute to shaping strategic projects for our corporate IT organization. Following up on ideas and initiatives that can lead to larger projects, you will be actively involved in the exploration phase as well as setting up the right team for success if the project gains support and traction. As a true consultant, you will have responsibility for multiple projects.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting the CIO Consultancy Lead to execute all activities undertaken within the IT domain including defining strategic objectives, initiatives and the roadmap to achieve them

  • Working with the CIO, Heads of IT and cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects within the IT organization including coordinating teams and leading specific deliverables.

  • Supporting the Governance team to ensure tight alignment between the strategic objectives of IT and how we are managing and measuring the IT organization’s performance

  • Conducting analysis and develop materials to support leadership decision-making on strategic topics relating to people, process or technology

  • Collaborating with the Visibility and Engagement team to bring the IT story to life through engagement and communication activities

  • Preparing monthly IT Leadership meetings including setting the agenda, organizing internal or external speakers or site visits and managing follow-up actions

  • Facilitating the exposure of the IT Leadership team and IT organization to new technologies and ways of working through collaboration with external partners and organization

  • Conducting regular research on technology and industry trends and competitors, providing regular updates to the leadership team and to the IT organization

A driven and eager team of IT Executive Advisors that wants to make a difference in IT. You will be collaborating with our top level management, external consultants and individual contributors to make each project a success.

You will be part of the bigger IT Governance team, a team of 50+ dedicated professionals. The total team focusses on IT Strategy, IT Performance Management, IT Risk, Compliancy & Quality, IT Visibility & Engagement with stakeholders and IT transformation initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or comparable

  • Around 2-4 years of experience with IT strategy or business transformation;

  • Proven strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently, as well as in project teams;

  • A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence;

  • You are fluent in English;

  • Good knowledge of current technological innovations;

  • Experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of business case analysis, business process analysis, change management, competitive intelligence research and analysis, cost and financial analyses;

  • Knowledge of IT requirements analysis, operations and logistics, organizational analysis and design, performance and project management;

  • Experience improving the business value of IT and IT Transformation.

  • Experience in healthcare of manufacturing industries is considered highly beneficial;
