In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive the IT transformation activities in Market-to-Order (M2O) and lead the Solutions Transformation IT program.

You are responsible for

  • Successful definition, design, build & deployment of the enabling E2E IT capabilities to transform Philips into a Solutions company

  • Successful define, design, build & deployment of the global Incentive Compensation & Sales Performance Management IT capabilities

  • Driving prioritization, consolidation and alignment for the financial planning (Strategic and Annual Operating Plans) for the IT M2O portfolio

  • M2O platform deployment – drive the M2O Platform set-up across functions to ensure an End2End approach for sustainable capability building in M2O

  • Monitoring quality, progress and performance of programs and taking all necessary corrective actions to ensure that all elements of the business information plans are being delivered

  • All in all you are the focal point between IT and Business, acting as a CIO for the programs & IT platforms you are accountable for

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging a wide network of indirect resources

  • 3-5 years’ experience after obtaining your Bachelor or Master degree, managing complex, high profile projects & programs

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • A driven individual contributor, able to work under minimal supervision to achieve objectives

  • PMI certification is preferred

  • Change Management experience in large scale projects

  • Analytical skills
