Bring the Lean Culture to the next level in our Market Supply Chain organization
You are responsible for
Delivering high-impact results on critical business performance targets such as lead time, quality, and cost
Raising the overall level of knowledge and awareness of the organization through simultaneous training and demonstration through hands-on application of lean tools and concepts
Identifying and setting up the right metrics and controls for improved performance, visibility, and ownership of all order to cash processes
Identifying quick wins and mid-term improvements
Setting up the business for a multi-year full lean deployment along the entire Order to Cash flow
Assisting the business in defining new organizational structure and key processes
Deploying improvement plans with process owners
Coaching management on leading using lean principles and a more holistic approach
Managing cultural change across multiple geographies and functions
You are a part of
The Market Supply Chain organization. We are responsible for the execution and harmonization of the transactional order processes, installation process and physical distribution within Philips Health Systems.
You will report to the Head of the Continuous improvement and together you'll enforce the lean culture and its related behaviors in the organization by applying Lean tools and principals
This to achieve the most lean and efficient processes to increase on time delivery and quality towards our customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
2-3 years’ experience designing and leading a lean deployment across multiple disciplines with significant impact on lead time, quality, and cost
5-10 years of supply chain and manufacturing, supply chain architecture/flow
Experience advising and setting up performance metrics and target setting
Straightforward and natural communicator on all different levels in an organization
Advanced analytical, problem solving skills
Business savvy: good understanding of business fundamentals, financials, and market drivers
Pragmatic, “getting things done” mentality
Not afraid to take a calculated risk and rapidly try out new approaches to solve problems
Around 15% of travel foreseen
