As QMS Manager, you will be the Philips QMS Regional Leader for the region EMEA. This is a highly visible position right in the centre of the action. You will work closely together with the Philips QMS Markets Central team, the Market Q&R Leaders and the Business Q&R Leaders.
You are responsible for
Acts as CAPA SME, train Market CAPA teams and supports region in CAPA execution
Supports International Markets CAPAs & Interface with Businesses and Functions for cross collaboration of CAPAs and or QMS projects
Chairs & executes the regional CAPA Review Broad
Participates in the Global Markets CAPA Review Board
Maintains, enforces, and manages a compliant and effective QMS for the activities in scope, as well as for effective and lean QMS structures and documents for Q&R processes at all levels.
Manages transition of E2E programs into the Markets OneQMS, while maintaining compliance and effectiveness throughout the duration of the transition to the Markets OneQMS
Supports the Change Control process by supporting Change Requests related to CAPA / Audit responses and or E2E/PQMS deployments
Acts as Local Demand Manager (LDM) for CAPA/Complaints
Participate in the International Market Audit program as a (Lead) Auditor
Escalate QMS issues from the markets to central Philips QMS team as appropriate
You are a part of
The Philips QMS Markets Central Team plans, controls and manages relevant QMS activities for all 17 Markets and Philips Services worldwide within Philips. This includes Personal Health, Precision Diagnosis, Image Guided Therapy and Connected Care.
The core business of the Markets is the Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Installation and Servicing of Philips medical and non-medical devices and solutions designed & manufactured by the Business Units.
The Philips QMS Markets Central team consist of 25 QMS professionals mainly based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You will be reporting directly to the Head of PQMS Markets.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Experience in managing CAPA and Auditing of Quality Management Systems
A seasoned, experienced professional with a complete understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and 21 CFR 820.
Lead Auditor qualifications preferably for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016
Project management experience, leading projects where not directly responsible for all required deliverables
Across all levels and cultures of the organization, strong communication and influencing skills to enable effective implementation and execution of job responsibilities
Able to proactively and independently resolve issues in creative ways
Able to analytically assess impact to the Markets OneQMS and the local organizations of changes applicable to the Markets
Flexible in working hours due to the regional/global scope
A hands-on mentality
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
