In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manage cross-functional projects aimed at optimization and costs reduction, as well as coordinate all Procurement activities across E2E processes in I2M (idea-to-market), M2O (market-to-order) and O2C (order-to-cas), and share responsibility for the business related Procurement KPI's such as BoM (bill of material) savings and Global Supplier Rating System score in the factories of the various businesses within Philips.
You are responsible for
Planning, leading, and tracking a small single discipline project plans
Managing the project by keeping the schedule, cost, quality and scope on track by proper risk and escalation management
Communicating accurately and timely project metrics to all key stakeholders including senior leadership of the Integrated Supply Chain and the regular reviews with BU leads on procurement matters
Building and maintaining the project organization and leading the project team members and representing the projects in the project teams ;
Performance management and resource management
Maintaining communication with all (key) stakeholders (e.g. sponsor)
Ensuring effective transfer and archiving of project results and associated knowledge to standing organization
You are a part of
the Procurement Engineering MT of Personal Health and report into the Procurement Engineering Business Partner for the sector Personal Health.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Project Management skills
Basic understanding of DfX (design-for-excellence) methodology & cost modelling
Supplier development skills
Technical risk analysis
