As a Product Manager Marketplace & HealthSuite On Premises, you are the driving force to launch a completely new business model within Philips. Together with the team, you unlock the full potential of Healthcare Informatics and Precision Diagnosis by the development of an innovative value proposition and business model of a Marketplace. The goal is to unburden care providers and simplify the access to digital assets that can be integrated in the Precision Diagnosis domain.
You are responsible for
Analyzing the Healthcare Informatics landscape of healthcare developers and consumers (needs, benefits, competitors analysis, etc.) in order to create winning value propositions towards an open Marketplace and HealthSuite On Premises platforms.
Leading the creation of value propositions towards an open Marketplace and services portfolio including the development of pricing and revenue models towards Artificial Intelligence (AI) application developers and their consumers via Point-of-care applications.
Creating business proposals as to how the marketplace business model can be embedded within the different Philips solutions from business, operational and contractual needs.
Leading the market introduction of the Marketplace, including promotion material and product information to generate the largest impact in the market.
Identifying third-party developers/partners who can help time to market for clinical diagnostic algorithms (IP sharing, know-how or licensing current products of partners etc.,)
Setting up and maintaining of a Customer Lead & Opportunity funnel for third-party vendors, working towards a solid overall CRM approach
You are a part of
The Healthcare Informatics Enabling Platforms team within the Precision Diagnosis BG and collaborate closely with Philips multi-disciplinary functions as well as third-party vendors. You will report to the Head of Product Marketing for Marketplace and HealthSuite On Premises.
The Philips Marketplace & HealthSuite On Premises propositions focus on the use of modern technologies towards the creation of new business propositions for healthcare providers to increase access to innovation from Philips and 3rd party applications via new digital sales and delivery channels. You are based on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, Netherlands and right at the heart of Healthcare Informatics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Health/Science related field of study.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in Healthcare Informatics
Demonstrated ability to build and execute a multi-year product development strategy (i.e. a product ‘roadmap’) with clear success stories in developing and launching scientific/medical device products
Strong interest in Business Model innovation (e.g. Marketplace / AppStore business models)
Marketplace domain knowledge is preferred
Fluent in English, willing to travel on a regular basis and enjoying interactions with a variety of people with different background and personalities
