Philips Product manager Philips myshop in Eindhoven, Netherlands


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Maximize customer satisfaction. You monitor sales performance, highlight potential and possible treats is stock, develop and execute corrective actions when necessary to achieve our goals. You are part of the marketing team of Philips myshop you work closely together with the marketing manager, partners, sales floor and logistics.

You are responsible for

  • Together with the marketing team you execute a promotion plan to create Philips ambassadors among Philips employees, retirees and employees of Philips partner companies

  • Responsible for replenishment of all sales channels and constant improvement

  • Portfolio management of all three sales channels

  • Execute price strategy and closely monitor price and margin

  • Reporting sales and sell out to suppliers and sales channels

  • Day to day contact with suppliers for portfolio and replenishment management

  • Presenting promotions and changes in the portfolio to the sales channels

  • Sharing key learning with internal and external stakeholders

  • Adopt lean methodology and monitor progress of all sales channels and challenge colleagues to make improvements

You are a part of

The Philips myshop team. The myshop is the Philips ambassador shop for Philips employees, pensioners, and employees of partner/ex-Philips companies. Philips myshop is located in the Philips stadium; it consists of a 2,000 m2 store, an online shop and a variety of Pop-up stores at ‘Philips’ locations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • You are a proactive team player with a passion for retail

  • Work in an ever changing environment

  • Commercial driven with experience in retail

  • Fluent in English and Dutch

  • Knowledge of common office software and accelerate in Microsoft excel

  • Interested in Consumer electronics and health

  • Knowhow of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred

  • HBO work and thinking level and minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail

  • You have the potential to grow in our organization
