Philips uses many IT platforms supporting its business operations, in various stages of its lifecycle, that need development for new demands, continuous improvements or maintenance to ensure continuity. The Product Owner connects and coordinates between business owners, process owners, platform owners and IT delivery and ensures that all is managed and realized in an effective and efficient way.
You are responsible for
the strategy and direction of the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platform based on the company strategy and input from the various stakeholders such as the M2O Business Process Owner (BPO), Business Process Experts (BPE’s), Market and Business Group representatives, Program/Project managers and other Product Owners and Managers. You will work closely together with these stakeholders on the demand from their respective domains to help assess and decide on business relevance and required effort. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategy and direction of the CLM Platform
Advising on product expertise to the business partners
Building a roadmap, release and sprint planning
Collating information and developing overall solution, vision and communication
Developing and updating product roadmap
Product release management
You are a part of
Of a larger Product Owner team that covers all E2E domains within the program. We are looking for a Product Owner in the Market to Order Business Transformation (M2O BT) team for the Apttus CPQ and CLM platforms for a global 5000+ user base in the marketing, sales and delivery domain. You will be part of one of the strategic the End2End programs called NPI to Cash program, which will deliver critical quoting and contracting capabilities to improve our current business and enable growth objectives in new business propositions and models Philips is investing in.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
5+ years experience developing software solutions and associated project management
5+ years working experience or demonstrable working knowledge of business domains supported (Sales, Marketing, Services, Quoting, Contract Management)
Proven experience with enterprise level platforms like CRM, CPQ, CLM, SAP.
Working knowledge it cloud solutions and specifically with salesforce.com platform.
3-5 years experience with SAFe Agile, certification is desirable
Proven experience with PMP project management methods, preferably certified
5+ years experience leading & directing a team to deliver a successful project.
