As a Project Management Excellence Practice Lead, you will be responsible for professional Project Management (processes, tools, templates, competence management, Project Management Community Building). You build the framework for project managers to become excellent, by providing guidelines, approaches and standard methodologies in order to close the gap in maturity of organizations and individuals.
Defining the long term road-map to bring Project Management in Philips to full maturity/excellence/benchmark level
Delivery and embedding of the Standard Implementation Methodology (SIM) across the Business Transformation deployment programs
Provide Program Management Support for various strategic Business Transformation programs including oversight of plans, risks, costs and benefit realization
Defining the strategy and action plans to realize the road-map; monitor and control the activities of the PM practice and adjust when needed
Defining, monitoring and controlling meaningful critical metrics
Building and maintain the PM Practice team of sector and Function lead;
Assure that the Business/Marketing Function leads get the responsibilities and empowerment to realize the job
Building and leading a support organization for the PM Practice across the organization
Lead discussions with main business partners: within sectors and functions
Business Transformation/Accelerate! Management
You will support other Project Excellence Practices and Idea2Market, Market2Order, Order2Cash excellence programs.
Build and maintain an external network with Project Management professionals

At least 10 years of experience as Project Manager with consistent record

Shown success in driving and leading Project Management practices.
Able to drive impact without direct hierarchical authority, clear direction setting, strategies and goals for a geographically dispersed team and various functional business leadership teams with a strong background of execution.
High-energy, hands-on personality with the interest to take initiative and working in a fast paced environment.
Strong business insight and able to collaborate cross-functionally and globally.
Strong intellect, with appropriate process-orientation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
Master level certification in Project Management (internal Philips recognition)
MBA or MSc
