In this role, you have the opportunity to
manage as a Deployment Leader sub improvements within Customer Value Chain Management program. You will be coordinating cross-functional project teams as a part of a larger program. Accent is on complex improvements and realization in parts of a main Customer Value Chain Management (CVCM) processes.
You are responsible for
Managing assigned projects from approval through design, development, integration, test, deployment and into operations in market or assigned work-streams within large and complex programs; the role played in each project may vary, ranging from full project lifecycle management to delivering specific work streams into larger projects and will include technical related delivery management (co-ordination of development, integration, stakeholder management activities).
Managing sponsor groups up to senior leadership level (accurate and timely reporting of project status, issues/risks/mitigation actions, resource and financials monitoring).
Operating and comply with CVCM governance and processes.
Managing Change requests – including impact on time, budget, and quality.
Timely updating of status, changes and other data on to the systems used for reporting and tracking.
You are a part of
the Customer Value Chain management team that is responsible for DEFOA and Early life failure of System and Medical device in Market Supply Chain organizations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Must have a bachelor, MBA preferred within Supply Chain Management.
5+ years of experience in delivery of customer experience and Knowledge of Health system
Delivery Management skills. Comprehensive and strong skills in project and program management.
Ability to keep teams focused on delivery outcomes in order to meet deadlines with quality
Strong enough commercial and customer experience skills and experience to be able to develop and challenge costs and benefits in business cases
Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment
Demonstrates the gravitas and courage needed to build relationships and convey authority in order to resolve conflicts and maintain direction
At ease and effective in operating in an international working environment
Fluent English speaker, ideally with other European languages
Effective written and verbal communication skills are needed, as well as experience in communicating, persuading, and influencing at senior stakeholder level
