Owns and drives the design and governance of enterprise information models and processes for designated data domains, capturing information requirements and controls on compliance and standardization
In this role, you have the opportunity to own and drive the design and governance of enterprise information models and processes for designated data domains, capturing information requirements and controls on compliance and standardization.
You will be Responsible for the quality and timely delivery and documentation of Q&R deliverables as well as EIM (enterprise information models) standard deliverables in the context of the deployment project by monitoring the progress and addressing deviation with relevant players and EIM project manager.
You are responsible for
Responsible for all key migration documents (EIM/Q&R/non Q&R): complete and timely updated, reviewed and sign-off.
Manages the risk and change control and escalated where needed to EIM PM
Ensure proper use of documents and templates and data quality approach adherence
Member of the program change control board (process, EIM, IT ), ensuring change management process of the document is enforced.
Support EIM PM in Data Defect Management Process (when extra capacity is required
Defines the Data qualification plan, in close cooperation with BIEs and deploy to program and business
Author of Data Qualification (product) report, and data migration closure report, as well as the documentation (Evidences, reports) into SOLMAN and gets it validated with Q&R.
Upload data migration documents in DocER and get them approved by stakeholder
You are a part of the QA and Compliance organization, made up of compliance and program managers. This role is based from our offices in Eindhoven and you will report into the EIM Security, Privacy & Compliance Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Good experience in EIM space.
Proven Hands on Experience in SDLC.
Hands on experience in Validation of BI / Data Migration Projects.
Good Communication Skills both Verbal and Written.
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Quick Learner, Proactive and go getter.
Good knowledge of MS suite of products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in working in Healthcare Industry.
Experience in Agile way of working
Knowledge of VB Scripting
Exposure to Compliance activities in BI Space
Experience / Exposure to BI reporting tools
