In this role, you have the opportunity to
support the Personal Health cluster by creating visibility of where gaps lie in turn providing opportunity for structural improvements.
You are responsible for
Internal Audit Program Manager creating risk based audit year program across the different QMSs within Personal Health
Internal Lead Auditor, responsible for conducting (leading) all internal audits within the PH cluster, supported by volunteer auditors / subject matter experts
Performing Data Analysis on gaps to help structurally improve the QMS
Provide input for the Management Review to understand the performance for the process,
You are a part of
This position sits in the Personal Health holds a number of QMSs, medical and non-medical, where the audits and analysis and audits will be performed.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems
Some experience with auditing
Medical device experience is preferred
Relevant ISO Standards (9001, 14001, 13485) and regulations (EU MDR, 820CFR)
Integrity, fair presentation, confidentiality, independence, systematic thinker
Fluent in the English language
Willing to travel up to 20 weeks a year (about 20 trips to the different global sites)
