Role summary :

As part of our Accelerate! Journey to transform our Company, the End2End NPI to Cash (CPQ-CLM) Program focuses on strengthening our commercial capabilities in the markets and business groups of Philip. To drive effectively this key-Transformation (not just IT focused) in a sustainable manner, our E2E Markets Change Manager will assure the availability of a global change management approach for localization in RoW Markets, enabling leader-led market adoption. The E2E change manager coordinates with relevant functions (Communications / Learning / global deployment) to assure capabilities deployed (leader-led) are properly adopted and embraced by the receiving organization (make the change stick), leading to realization of benefits.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Co-creates, maintains and drives the NPI to Cash change management plan (for multiple Markets)

  • Ensures availability of global Change Management tools and templates enabling In-Market execution (on time and in full) against Change Management deliverables (within SIM), supporting Change Implementers and Market organizations to embrace the Philips Change Management Model and to ensure Market adoption without business disruption

  • Ensures, in close cooperation with the Communications Lead, that the global Market Communication Plan is adequately integrated in the global Change Management activities. Assures that existing Communication channels are effectively leveraged and Program-Communications packages can be successfully localized within the In-Market Change Management plan.

  • Ensures in close cooperation with the Training Lead c.q. Philips University that the global Learning activities are adequately integrated in the global Change Management activities. Ensures that global training materials can be successfully localized, Train-The-Trainer and End-Users Trainings are successfully delivered enabling local org. with the right capabilities to execute the new ways of working from a process / IT / Behavioral viewpoint.

  • Supports Market organizations during CI Phase, providing global tools and templates to enable local Markets to successfully enter into a steady-state by driving and tracking adoption up to required levels in line with the global tools and templates.

Knowledge, Critical Experiences and Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in project Management, Change Management and Organizational Design

  • Proven record managing large-scale projects adoption and transition management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Consulting and coaching skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in managing change across projects related to process re-engineering and IT

  • Cross-functional experience mainly across the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT

  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5% of your time)
