Enhance data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Project Lead for our Center of Excellence (CoE) with a focus on Supply Chain to help the department make data-driven business decisions.
You are responsible for
Executing and leading insights and advanced analytics projects in the Order2Cash domain, particularly for the Forecast2Plan processes,
Creating and managing new business opportunities (Business Development) and actively identifies and influencing of potential stakeholders by advising business leaders on how analytics can contribute to the realization of their business goals,
Designing, driving and implementing solutions that provide insights and bring tangible business value in an autonomous manner,
Engaging with senior business stakeholders, to understand their business challenges and translate them into analytics prepositions and solutions,
Ensuring on time delivery and high quality of reports/analysis,
Guiding and inspiring a high performing team.
You are a part of
Of a driven group handling a large portfolio. The team works in an Agile DevOps structure. You will be collaborating with Supply Chain Managers, Business Process Owners and Demand Planners on the one side, and a team of technically savvy data analysts on the other hand. You will lead a team of tech savvy developers of around 3 people.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics for Forecast-to-Plan processes working on inventory optimization, statistical forecasting processes or demand planning,
A master’s degree in supply chain management or comparable,
Thorough understanding of analytics techniques/methods and Business intelligence tools, preferably QlikView/QlikSense for the design and delivery of advanced solutions,
Proven experience in project management , preferably with agile methods like SCRUM . Project management certification such as PRINCE, PMP or PMI is considered an advantage.
Experience in leading a global virtual team as a people manager,
Expertise in translating business requirements into insights and vice versa,
Ability to articulate storytelling using data, Excel and PowerPoint,
Pro-active attitude; able to determine business opportunities and needs.
