In this role, you have the opportunity to
develop and deliver the Philips Design Language System. You will provide harmonising assets and guidelines, unifying tools, practices and scalable solutions, which empower our designers and businesses across the health continuum to have a positive impact on customers and ultimately peoples lives. We are looking for a passionate, experienced and delivery-focused project manager with excellent Agile and coaching skills, experienced with the full product lifecycle from early stage discovery to development and implementation, to join us. You are responsible for
orchestrating and supporting design teams in effective digital Design Language System development and delivery
championing the use of Agile ways of working, create great team dynamics, and help a group of individuals successfully operate as a team
using your project management skills to bring the most value from activities along the customer needs, handle the competing constraints, monitor and report project budgets, manage risks, and manage senior stakeholder's expectations, and generally keep things moving along smoothly.
You are a part of
Philips Design, established in 1925, and one of the longest-established design organizations in the world. It has studios across the globe and a creative force of 500 professionals. We create the future identity for the portfolio and execute this through projects, guidelines and final design specifications. You will join the Design Project Management community, which consists of about 40 people who all bring the project and operations management capability to strongly enable the delivery of design. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Digital technical background . Youunderstand the context ofboth developers and designers andable to form an opinion about the content.
Agile/Lean ways of working . You have coached many agile product teams at varying stages of the product lifecycle. You are able to discuss Agile fluently and are familiar with issue tracking tools. You are comfortable applying Daily Management and Problem Solving.
Project management skills . You have profound expertise in project management processes and knowledge areas,ranging from agile to waterfall methods.You can flexibly adjust and apply hybrid ways of work with a given contextand desired project outcomes.
Continuous improvement .You are continuously looking for ways to improve delivery processes and eager to learn more about better ways of building teams and products.You do this in structured and methodical ways.

Business acumen . You have a strong understanding of the commercial aspect of building a product and feel comfortable managing budgets and optimizing return on investment, as well as working with internal and external parties to developbudgets, scope of work documents and planning.
